Discovery (Free)
Schedule your first free consultation to share more about your business, your vision for the future, and current goals or challenges. This is the most important step.
- We will define clear goals and determine the questions that need to be answered to be successful.
- You will receive a free quote and project proposal for review.
Audit & Exploration
We continue with an audit in this phase and an initial analysis of the available data, providing inights beyond the default GA4 reporting.
- You will receive an Audit Report that documents any gaps or errors in your GA4 configurations and recommendations for enhancing data collection to reach our goals.
- You will receive an Exploratory Analysis Report that provides a deep dive into the driving questions of your project using your exisiting GA4 data. This is to be completed by our lead data scientist.
Build Incrementally
In this phase, we work incrementally to implement the changes identified in the Audit and Exploratory Analysis Reports. We provide Check-ins and Ongoing Analysis to be included in a Final Report, as new data is gathered by Google Analytics. Like solving a mystery, completing this phase incremently allows us to adapt to discoveries we make along the way.
Final Report & Documentation
We complete our project by delivering a Final Analysis Report, as well as documentation of custom reports and dashboards available to you in Google Analytics or related tools, to be presented during the last check-in.
